Here’s the thing: citrus doesn’t need a lot of help. The skin has that waxy shine, the flesh is brightly colored, and the juice splashes look like tiny explosions. You can point a basic phone at a cut lemon on a cutting board and get something decent. But there is a difference between a snapshot and a photo that makes people want to press their own juice.
